I work your neck, shoulders, and back through your clothes — no oils, no table. I set up in minutes and you are back to your day right after.
Licensed in Nevada · Same therapist every visit
Seated and focused.
Chair massage works the parts of you that carry the most tension — neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, and scalp — while you stay fully dressed in a portable, ergonomic chair. There is no table, no oils, and no draping. You lean forward into a face cushion, I set the chair beside you, and I get straight to work.
It is built for speed without cutting corners. In 30 or 60 minutes I loosen the exact spots that build up from a desk, a steering wheel, or a stroller — the neck, the shoulders, the space between your shoulder blades — without asking you to clear your schedule or change out of your clothes.
Relief you can feel fast.
Short sessions, focused work — chair massage delivers real relief without asking for your whole afternoon.
-
Lower stress and cortisol
Even a focused 30 minutes triggers the same shift toward parasympathetic calm that longer sessions do — your body starts to downshift almost immediately.
-
Eases neck and shoulder tension
I work the exact spots that build up from screens, steering wheels, and stress — the upper traps, the base of the skull, and between the shoulder blades.
-
Improves circulation
Focused pressure through the neck, shoulders, and arms moves blood and lymph, easing the stiffness that builds from sitting still for hours at a time.
-
Fits into a real schedule
Thirty minutes, start to finish, with setup in under five. No need to block off an afternoon or clear your calendar to feel the difference.
-
Restores range of motion
Tight necks and rounded shoulders loosen fast. Most clients turn their head a little further and stand a little taller by the time I am done.
-
Sharper, not sleepy
With no oil and no lying down, most clients feel alert afterward — ready for the next meeting or the rest of the day, not a nap.
For the days that won't wait .
Chair massage earns its place between the table sessions — for the moments a full hour is not the point.
- Back-to-back meetings with a knot in one shoulder that will not quit
- A work-from-home stretch with no real breaks
- Before a big presentation, interview, or night out
- Not ready to book a full table session yet
- A short window between errands or appointments
- Neck and shoulder tension after a long flight
- A quick reset during a family visit or gathering at your place
From the chair to your day.
I keep the experience quiet, private, and entirely on your terms.

- 03

Quick sessions, real relief.
I book 30 minutes on my work-from-home days. She is in and out in under 45 minutes and I go right back to my desk loose and clear-headed.
No table, no oil, no mess — just my neck and shoulders finally letting go before a big presentation. Exactly what I needed.
She set the chair up in my living room in five minutes. Thirty minutes later my shoulders had dropped an inch and I was still fully dressed and ready to go.
What people ask first.
The questions I hear most when clients ask about chair massage specifically.
-
How is chair massage different from a table session?
Chair massage is seated and fully clothed — no oils, no table, no draping. I focus on the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, and scalp instead of the whole body. It is built for speed: less setup, no undressing, and you are back to your day the moment I finish. -
What should I wear?
Whatever you already have on. Loose, comfortable clothing works best so I can reach your shoulders and upper back easily — swap a stiff blazer for a t-shirt if you have one nearby, but it is not required. I work through the fabric, so nothing needs to come off. -
Do you use oils?
No. Chair massage is done fully clothed with no oils, so there is nothing to wipe off and nothing to stain your clothes. If you want oil-based work on bare skin, book a Swedish or deep tissue table session instead. -
How much space do you need?
About 5 by 5 feet of clear floor — a corner of a living room, an office, or a hallway all work. The chair is portable and I set it up in a few minutes, so almost any quiet spot is enough. -
Will I be sore afterward?
Chair massage is lighter than a full table session, so most clients feel loose rather than sore. If I am working a tight spot with more pressure than feels right, tell me and I will ease off — it will not change the result. -
Can you come to my office or an event?
Yes. Chair massage is the session I bring to offices, small gatherings, and events, since there is no table or linens to set up. Message me on WhatsApp with the details — location, group size, and timing — and I will confirm. -
How long does a session actually take?
Thirty or sixty minutes of hands-on work, plus about five minutes to set up and pack away. Plan for a little more than the booked time from the moment I arrive to the moment I leave, so you can budget your break accordingly. -
How often should I book?
For general tension, every couple of weeks fits most schedules. If you are in a stretch of back-to-back deadlines or travel, weekly sessions keep things from building back up before they turn into a real knot. I can help you find the rhythm that works for you.
