Pregnancy-safe, unhurried.
Prenatal massage is a gentle, restorative session adapted for the changing body of a pregnant client. I work entirely side-lying with maternity bolsters under the belly, between the knees, and behind the back so your spine, hips, and shoulders are fully supported. No face-down position, no abdominal compression — just slow, calming work on the places that carry the most.
Pressure is light to medium, oils are unscented by default (light lavender on request), and the pace is set by your breath. I focus on the low back, glutes, hips, shoulders, neck, calves, and feet — the regions that absorb most of the load through the second and third trimesters.
Relief for the body doing the work.
Research and a decade of clients agree on what a prenatal-tuned hour actually delivers when the technique stays gentle and the position stays safe.
-
Eases low back and pelvic pain
Side-lying glute and lumbar work releases the muscles that carry the new center of gravity — the most consistent relief most clients report.
-
Reduces swelling in the legs
Gentle effleurage on the calves and ankles helps the lymphatic system clear the fluid that pools in late pregnancy.
-
Improves sleep
Most clients tell me they slept through the night for the first time in weeks after a session — the nervous system finally goes quiet.
-
Calms anxiety
Studies on prenatal massage link a single session to measurable drops in cortisol and self-reported anxiety, and rises in serotonin.
-
Softens sciatica
When the baby compresses the sciatic nerve, focused side-lying glute and piriformis work brings real relief without any deep pressure.
-
A quiet hour for you
Pregnancy is a full-time job. An hour with no one asking anything of you is its own form of care — and the table comes to your home.
Built for the second and third trimester.
Prenatal is the session clients book when their body is doing more than usual and the spa is the last place they want to go. A few of the reasons people reach out:
- Low back fatigue that worsens through the day
- Pelvic pressure or pubic-symphysis discomfort
- Sciatica that started in the second or third trimester
- Swelling in the ankles and feet, especially in summer
- Sleep has been thin and you cannot find a comfortable position
- Shoulder and neck tension from the new posture
- Baby shower or maternity-leave gift you actually want to use
From the knock at your door.
Prenatal sessions are gentler than a standard massage. I take extra time setting up the bolsters so you are fully supported before we begin.
- 01
I arrive and set up quietly
Table, maternity bolsters, warm cream linens, unscented oil, and a small speaker. All I need is a quiet room with about 7 by 7 feet of clear floor.
- 02
A pregnancy intake
Five minutes — how far along you are, how the pregnancy is going, where the discomfort lives, anything your OB flagged. I will ask about high-risk markers before we begin.
- 03
The session
Entirely side-lying, with the bolsters carrying your belly, knees, and back. I switch sides about halfway through. Tell me to ease up or pause any time — that is part of the work.
- 04
A quiet wind-down
Water, a few minutes to sit up slowly, and I pack up just as quietly. Payment at the end — cash, Zelle, or Cash App.
One length, just right.
One hour, set up safely, paid at the appointment. No deposit, no app, no checkout.
New clients get $15 off the first session — mention it on WhatsApp.
Anywhere in the valley.
I travel across the Las Vegas metro — home, hotel, short-term rental, or condo. There is no travel surcharge inside the valley, and the only setup ask is a quiet room with floor space for the table.

A quiet hour, in their corner.
I was 32 weeks and the sciatica was unreal. She set up the bolsters and I finally fell asleep in the middle of the session.
My ankles had been swollen for weeks. The calf and foot work brought them down by morning and I could put my shoes on again.
Best baby-shower gift my partner could have arranged. Calm, professional, and I never had to leave the couch.
Before you reach out.
The questions I hear most when clients ask about prenatal specifically.
-
How far along do I need to be?
I book prenatal sessions for clients in their second and third trimesters (weeks 14 onward). For the first trimester I prefer to wait — not because gentle bodywork is unsafe, but because the standard advice is to keep the first 12 weeks conservative. If your OB has cleared bodywork earlier, message me and we can talk it through. -
Will I be lying on my belly?
No. The entire session is side-lying, with maternity bolsters supporting your belly, knees, and back. About halfway through I will help you switch sides so I can work the other half. -
Is the pressure deep?
Never. Prenatal is a gentle, restorative session — light to medium pressure, with extra care around the inner legs and ankles where certain pressure points are traditionally avoided in pregnancy. If you want firmer work in your shoulders or upper back, tell me and I will adjust within safe limits. -
What oils do you use?
Unscented jojoba and grapeseed by default — pregnancy can sharpen the sense of smell and make some scents nauseating. Light lavender is available on request if it agrees with you. I avoid essential-oil blends that include clary sage, rosemary, or jasmine in higher concentrations. -
What about high-risk pregnancies?
If your pregnancy has been flagged high-risk — preeclampsia, placenta previa, history of preterm labor, recent bleeding, gestational diabetes, blood clots — please get clearance from your OB before booking. I would rather pause than work without that conversation. -
Do you do postpartum?
Yes. Once you are cleared by your provider (usually around six weeks for an uncomplicated vaginal birth, longer after a C-section), I can come back for a gentle restorative session. Mention it on WhatsApp and we can plan around your healing timeline. -
Do you provide oils, linens, and bolsters?
Yes. I bring the table, maternity bolsters, cream linens, unscented or lavender oil, and a small speaker. You only need a quiet room. -
How often should I book?
Every two to four weeks tends to be the sweet spot through the third trimester — frequent enough to keep the back and hips ahead of the load, spaced enough that it stays a treat. We can find your rhythm together.
Tell me how far along you are.
Share a few basics and I will confirm a time on WhatsApp the same day. No deposit — payment at the appointment.
Tell me when, I'll bring the bolsters.
A message on WhatsApp is all it takes. I will suggest a time within the day and confirm the address.
